Job Responsibility:
Communication Management: Answer incoming calls and manage a shared email inbox to process customer requests
Order Processing: Enter, modify, track, and manage customer orders within the AS/400 system
Internal Support: Provide first-level technical assistance (depending on the questions) and use the Inside Sales platform for information retrieval
Versatility: Provide counter and showroom support and coverage during peak periods, breaks, or staff absences (flexibility required)
Client Consulting: Identify and suggest complementary products to enhance the customer experience (without direct sales targets)
Requirements:
Bilingualism: Essential proficiency in French and English (oral and written) is mandatory
Location and Presence: Must be able to work 100% in the office and reside within a reliable commuting distance (proximity to Ville Saint-Laurent is a key requirement for stability)
Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new software or systems (such as AS/400) and manage complex information related to over 150,000 different products
Relevant Experience: Experience in customer service (preferably with tangible products or in a quality-focused contact center environment)
Adaptability: A flexible person, willing to help colleagues and adapt to different tasks (phone, email, counter, showroom)
What we offer:
Competitive Salary: Hourly rate between $24.00 and $26.00 ($48,000 to $53,000 annually), depending on experience
Bonus/Incentive: Monthly incentive program (non-sales related) offering up to $150 - $300
Group Insurance: Coverage paid 50/50 by the employer and the employee after 3 months
