Seize the opportunity to become the next Customer Service Agent - Industrial Division in the heart of Ville Saint-Laurent. We are recruiting a bilingual and versatile professional for a full-time permanent position within an industrial company renowned for its stability and the longevity of its employees. Your role will be crucial: ensuring excellent B2B customer service, focused on problem-solving and the complete management of orders via an ERP system (AS/400). Job Responsibility:

  • Communication Management: Answer incoming calls and manage a shared email inbox to process customer requests
  • Order Processing: Enter, modify, track, and manage customer orders within the AS/400 system
  • Internal Support: Provide first-level technical assistance (depending on the questions) and use the Inside Sales platform for information retrieval
  • Versatility: Provide counter and showroom support and coverage during peak periods, breaks, or staff absences (flexibility required)
  • Client Consulting: Identify and suggest complementary products to enhance the customer experience (without direct sales targets)

  • Bilingualism: Essential proficiency in French and English (oral and written) is mandatory
  • Location and Presence: Must be able to work 100% in the office and reside within a reliable commuting distance (proximity to Ville Saint-Laurent is a key requirement for stability)
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new software or systems (such as AS/400) and manage complex information related to over 150,000 different products
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in customer service (preferably with tangible products or in a quality-focused contact center environment)

What we offer:
  • Competitive Salary: Hourly rate between $24.00 and $26.00 ($48,000 to $53,000 annually), depending on experience
  • Bonus/Incentive: Monthly incentive program (non-sales related) offering up to $150 - $300
  • Group Insurance: Coverage paid 50/50 by the employer and the employee after 3 months
  • Favorable Vacation Policy: Two (2) weeks of vacation to start, with the possibility of adjustment up to three (3) weeks to recognize prior experience
