Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a busy and supportive team based in Tunbridge Wells on a temporary basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills in both French and English.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Responding to customer emails and enquiries
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Accurately updating customer records on internal systems
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT and administrative abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Helping customers understand their accounts, navigate our products, and get real value from the platform – in plain, clear French
  • Acting as the customer's advocate internally – working on their behalf with specialist teams across the business (such as payments operations or account verification) to get complex cases resolved faster
  • Explaining technical or financial topics – like payment flows, fees, or account status – in a way that's easy to understand and free of jargon
  • Sharing patterns and feedback from customer conversations with the wider team to help us improve.
