We are currently recruiting for a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a busy and supportive team based in Tunbridge Wells on a temporary basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills in both French and English.
Job Responsibility
Handling inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
Responding to customer emails and enquiries
Delivering a high standard of customer service and resolving issues efficiently
Accurately updating customer records on internal systems
Liaising with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
Previous customer service experience is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT and administrative abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
