Our client, a cement manufacturing company, is looking for a customer service representative for their team in Laval. This is a long-term contract, renewable annually.
Job Responsibility
Managing complex customer accounts
Maintaining constant communication with carriers to provide customers with real-time order tracking
Handling daily calls and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers
Meeting and exceeding customer expectations in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures
Proactively managing customer inquiries to offer them better shipping and billing options
Overseeing post-order management to ensure accurate billing and customer follow-up
Tracking and updating records within the SAP system
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service roles within a B2B environment
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with the SAP suite
Bilingualism is mandatory for this role, as the representative will be responsible for clients outside of Quebec
Strong analytical skills
Strong proficiency in mathematics
Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and decision-making
A sharp sense of time management, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively in a team
