Job Description

Our client, a cement manufacturing company, is looking for a customer service representative for their team in Laval. This is a long-term contract, renewable annually.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing complex customer accounts
  • Maintaining constant communication with carriers to provide customers with real-time order tracking
  • Handling daily calls and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Meeting and exceeding customer expectations in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures
  • Proactively managing customer inquiries to offer them better shipping and billing options
  • Overseeing post-order management to ensure accurate billing and customer follow-up
  • Tracking and updating records within the SAP system

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service roles within a B2B environment
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with the SAP suite
  • Bilingualism is mandatory for this role, as the representative will be responsible for clients outside of Quebec
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong proficiency in mathematics
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and decision-making
  • A sharp sense of time management, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively in a team
