Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent for Back Office activities with German language skills. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle Master Data changes in the system (e.g. system address changes) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German, both written and verbal
  • Good English skills both written and verbal
  • University Studies
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional work experience
  • Prior experience in data entry or back office operations, particularly within a customer service context, is a plus
  • Background in economics, financial, insurance or banking is a plus

  • Partner with internal teams to relay field feedback, improve processes, and enhance both customer and agent experience
