We are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment. This role is a Customer Service Agent for Dutch speakers, working remotely from Spain.

Job Responsibility:

  • Customer Service by e-mail, phone or social media for solving any incidents generated
  • Managing incoming calls and chats and customer service inquiries
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • As the resolutions of incidents are not constant, parallel work for the Department of Operations will be performed

Requirements:

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be decisive and organized
  • Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company
  • High or Native Dutch level and fluent in Spanish or English
  • Candidates must reside in Spain

Nice to have:

Previous experience with a ticketing system, desirable Zendesk
