As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service in every interaction. You’ll handle queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth, professional experience. Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional customer service in an inbound contact centre
Handle complaints professionally and effectively
Respond to customer enquiries accurately and clearly
Assist with invoices and process payments over the phone
Make outbound calls when required to update customers
Maintain accurate and up to date customer records
Requirements:
Ideally, at least 1 year’s experience in a customer service environment
Strong communication and active listening skills
Confident multitasker with good IT skills, including MS Office
Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach
Passionate about delivering a high quality service
