We are currently recruiting fluent Arabic-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a busy call centre on a temporary contract. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and delivering a high standard of service.
Job Responsibility:
Handling customer enquiries via phone in Arabic (and English if required)
Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
Logging calls and updating customer records accurately
Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Requirements:
Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written)
Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred
