Job Description

Customer Service Advisor role at Buckinghamshire Council, based in Aylesbury, providing customer service via phone, email, live web chat, and face-to-face. Fixed term/secondment for 12 months, full-time, hybrid work style with 2 days in office and 3 days working from home after probation. Salary £26,994 - £30,828 per annum. Job Responsibility

  • Answer phone calls, emails and live web chats
  • Handle enquiries spanning from registering a birth to obtaining a waste permit, applying for Council Tax discounts to social care support
  • Provide helpful and reassuring response
