Join our team in Wakefield and embark on a fulfilling career in Customer Services. This is a dedicated customer service/contact centre role—no sales involved. You will be part of a dynamic and busy department based in our modern office in Wakefield, working 35 hours per week on shifts between 8am and 6pm, mainly Monday to Friday with flexibility to work one weekend day if needed.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting centres, employers, learners and third parties via telephone and email
