Job Description:

Do you have the patience of a saint, the charm of a game show host and a winning smile? Then we might have your next adventure waiting! We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Superstar to join our busy passenger transportation team. You’ll be the friendly face that passengers turn to for assistance. We provide the passenger transport needs for one of the largest construction projects in Europe – Hinkley Point C. We transport thousands of workers to and from the site 24/7.

Job Responsibility:

Guiding passengers with clear, confident travel information
Providing solutions, feedback and re-assurance when things don’t go to plan
Liaising closely with other departments and operations to help keep everyone moving on time

Requirements:

Top-tier communication skills
A positive, solutions-first attitude
The ability to juggle tasks whilst remaining cool under pressure
Previous customer service experience (transport experience is a plus, but personality is key!)
A flexible approach to working hours
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
You will need your own transport to provide cover at various locations within the Bridgwater area
All employees must be willing to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and obtain a DBS certificate.
