Job Responsibility:
Generating Inbound & Outbound Bookings: Proactively managing workshop bookings for services and repairs, ensuring customers' needs are met efficiently
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Utilizing your expertise to recommend additional products and services, enhancing the customer experience and driving retention
Collaboration: Working closely with the service team to ensure smooth communication and a seamless service journey for customers
Efficient System Handling: Managing multiple internal and external systems to deliver top-tier customer service and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
Target Achievement: Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you will be expected to meet and exceed KPIs for both sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven Customer Service Experience: Ideally within an automotive or contact centre setting
Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to be confident over the phone, with a strong ability to listen, understand, and offer suitable solutions
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to upsell products or services, driving both customer satisfaction and retention
Attention to Detail: The ability to manage customer information with precision, ensuring that every booking and interaction is handled smoothly
