Job Description:

We are working exclusively with our client based on Medway City Estate to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

Job Responsibility:

Manage incoming calls
Prepare client paperwork
Invoice processing
Updating clients on order progress

Requirements:

Customer Service experience within an office
Confident on the phone with a great telephone manner
Access to own transport
