Customer Service Advisor role in a manufacturing company, responding to customer queries, managing orders, tracking projects, resolving complaints, and supporting sales teams in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with customers through all channels (email, phone, social media)
Manage full order cycle using ERP system
Track outstanding projects and keep customers updated
