Job Description:

Customer Service Advisor role in a manufacturing company, responding to customer queries, managing orders, tracking projects, resolving complaints, and supporting sales teams in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Engage with customers through all channels (email, phone, social media)
Manage full order cycle using ERP system
Track outstanding projects and keep customers updated
Handle complaints effectively
Adhere to company procedures and requirements
Stay up to date with Terms & Conditions and Contract Agreements
Work closely with Supply Chain and Sales Managers
Provide support to external Sales team
Identify opportunities to enhance service

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous customer service experience
Polite, friendly, and professional demeanour
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple tasks
Analytical problem-solving skills
Positive can-do attitude
Driven and self-motivated
