Job Description:

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Customer Service professional to join our leading client who are based centrally in Bournemouth and offer an excellent benefits package.

Job Responsibility:

Outbound calls to clients to advise of new legislation changes
Providing an excellent service to clients and being their main point of contact
Assisting with general client queries and problem solving any issues
Responding to client emails
Building an excellent relationship with clients
Working to weekly KPIs

Requirements:

Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Previous customer service or sales experience
Previous experience within a fast paced role
Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
