Job Description

We're working with a local Insurance business, looking for motivated Customer Service Advisors to join their Dartford office in various roles within the Renewals and Claims teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering great customer service

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively contacting customers ahead of renewal
  • Reviewing policies and discussing any changes needed
  • Speaking to Customers Face to face to assess their claims
  • Investigating dashcam footage and analysing evidence for claims
  • Helping clients secure the best pricing and cover options
  • Handling objections and retaining customers looking to leave
  • Following up on lapsed renewals to win business back
  • Managing inbound calls from customers reviewing their policies

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Previous insurance experience preferred
  • Confident handling objections and building rapport
  • Organised and proactive approach to workload
  • Comfortable speaking with customers both inbound and outbound
