We're working with a local Insurance business, looking for motivated Customer Service Advisors to join their Dartford office in various roles within the Renewals and Claims teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering great customer service
Job Responsibility:
Proactively contacting customers ahead of renewal
Reviewing policies and discussing any changes needed
Speaking to Customers Face to face to assess their claims
Investigating dashcam footage and analysing evidence for claims
Helping clients secure the best pricing and cover options
Handling objections and retaining customers looking to leave
Following up on lapsed renewals to win business back
Managing inbound calls from customers reviewing their policies
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Previous insurance experience preferred
Confident handling objections and building rapport
Organised and proactive approach to workload
Comfortable speaking with customers both inbound and outbound
