Job Responsibility:

Respond professionally, politely, and promptly to queries from all channels
Take charge of the full order cycle using the ERP system
Keep track of outstanding projects
Handle complaints effectively
Learn and adhere to all company procedures and requirements
Stay up to date with company Terms & Conditions and Customers' Contract Agreements
Work closely with Supply Chain and Sales Managers
Provide invaluable support to the external Sales team
Identify opportunities to enhance service

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous customer service experience
Polite, friendly, and professional demeanour that builds trust and rapport
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple tasks
Analytical skills to tackle challenges
A positive can-do attitude
Driven and self-motivated
