Job Responsibility:

  • Respond professionally, politely, and promptly to queries from all channels
  • Take charge of the full order cycle using the ERP system
  • Keep track of outstanding projects
  • Handle complaints effectively
  • Learn and adhere to all company procedures and requirements
  • Stay up to date with company Terms & Conditions and Customers' Contract Agreements
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Sales Managers
  • Provide invaluable support to the external Sales team
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service
