Job Responsibility:
Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless tailored experience
To understand and be fully familiar with the parking equipment, pre-booking system, ANPR system and other related equipment
Completing report sheets and log sheets as instructed
Carrying out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and entry and exit barriers
Ensure that patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with the sites KPI’s
Requirements:
Full driving license is essential
Passion for providing outstanding service
Ability to take initiative and make choices that are right for customers
Desire to succeed
Excellent team player with great communication skills
