Creating incredible automotive customer experiences by unifying people, technology and marketing. We're searching for some seriously amazing individuals who have a knack for helping others, through a friendly phone call, webchat, or a well-crafted email. Your job? Tackling customer problems and questions and making sure every interaction leaves them with that coveted 5-star ROI experience. If you've got a knack for connecting with people, an eagle eye for detail, and a passion for resolving things on the first try, we want you on our team. We're in search of the best Customer Complaints Advisors to support one of our long-time automotive partners, Kia. You'll be joining a winning team known for delivering top-quality service. This job is fast-paced, with our team handling lots of calls, emails, and messages every day – all while working under tight deadlines.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • A 5% bonus following completion of your initial Customer Service training (typically after 3 months)
