Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our client's vibrant team. Discover the latest in luxurious shoes and handbags while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. The role is a temporary position during the busy summer period, with hybrid working and a 30-hour, 4-day workweek schedule. The position is based in London, near Oxford Circus train station.

Job Responsibility:

Assist customers with inquiries and purchases during the exciting summer sale
Provide detailed product information and support
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills that shine through in every interaction
Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges head-on
A knack for working independently as well as part of a dynamic team
Proficiency in using customer service software to enhance customer interactions
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential
