Job Responsibility:
Handle client enquiries by phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and warmth

Greet clients on arrival and help them feel welcome and at ease
Prepare seminar rooms for training events
Maintain simple spreadsheets with accuracy
Use initiative to support business operations and enhance customer experience
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Warm, friendly, and confident manner when interacting with clients
Accurate, reliable, and professional approach to work
High level of computer literacy
Well-presented, with a smart appearance
Strong sense of initiative and a desire to learn and progress
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Must be a non-smoker and non-vaper
Must demonstrate high levels of reliability and discretion
Comfortable working independently when remote (Mondays optional)
