Job Description:

Customer service professional role in a dynamic, friendly environment helping others and providing top-notch customer service

Job Responsibility:

Handling inbound customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and care
Providing clear and accurate product and service information to valued customers
Accurately updating customer records to maintain our high standards
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and drive satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and a strong team spirit
Proficiency in IT skills and meticulous attention to detail
Availability to start immediately and a commitment to at least 3 months
