We're delighted to be working with a well-established and friendly company based in Brighouse, who are looking to welcome a Customer Service Administrator to their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service experience in an office environment who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Raising, managing and responding to customer tickets
  • Providing updates on deliveries and returns
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and system updates

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience within an office-based environment is a distinct advantage
  • Confident communicating via phone and email
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused role
