Job Responsibility:
Building strong relationships with customers and acting as their main point of contact
Supporting onboarding and successful implementation of software programmes
Delivering engaging online and occasional in-person training sessions
Monitoring customer usage, identifying gaps and improving engagement
Identifying opportunities to support account growth and retention
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, account management, customer support or client services
Confident communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders
Experience delivering training, demos or presentations (online or face-to-face)
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
