A Customer Service Advisor represents the Council and is often the first person customers speak to. You will deal with enquiries by phone, in person, and online. We are looking for friendly, motivated people who enjoy helping others and who are committed to providing a high level of customer service. You must be able to explain information clearly, stay calm under pressure, and speak confidently with a wide range of customers. The role requires you to be well organised, flexible, and able to work well with colleagues. You will also be expected to meet agreed service targets and performance standards.
