Job Description:

Customer Service Advisor position providing outstanding support across multiple channels as the first point of contact for customers in a well-established business based in Brighouse.

Job Responsibility:

Responding to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
Managing aftersales queries and resolving issues efficiently
Handling complaints with empathy and escalating when appropriate
Accurately logging information and updating internal systems
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service is essential
Experience in aftersales support or complaint handling
