As the first point of contact for our customers, you will represent the professional standards of our brand. Job Responsibility:
Deliver friendly and professional service to all customers, ensuring a premium branch experience
Facilitate a wide range of personal banking transactions with high attention to detail and accuracy
Educate and assist customers in adopting digital banking platforms to enhance their banking convenience
Engage in meaningful consultations to identify client needs and provide appropriate referrals to internal specialists
Adhere strictly to banking regulations, privacy acts, and internal risk management protocols
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-touch customer service environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele
