Customer Service Advisor

• Handle customer Enquiries via phone and email, in a prompt and friendly manner
• Processing customer orders through the website, email and phone
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering suitable solutions
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions in the database
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively
• Follow up with customers after resolving their issues to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills

• Have an excellent work ethic
• Be polite, honest and personable
• Have fluent, confident and upbeat phone etiquette
• Be familiar with using a PC and have great written English
• Ideally have previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales roles
