Join us at Ardent Credit Services ltd as a Debt Recovery Agent, in our Kirkby, Knowsley contact centre. We are a multi award winning debt recovery and credit management services provider who operate in both the consumer and commercial sectors. Job Responsibility:

Communicate with customers through incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Supporting customers to pay off their debts in a practical and affordable way
Aim to understand customers individual circumstances by asking questions ensuring that the customers best interests are met

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of vulnerable customers and how to identify them
Good telephone manner, building rapport with customers
Strong listening skills with the ability to confidently articulate the best outcome for the customer on the spot
Good IT skills, with knowledge of Excel
