Job Responsibility:
Handling incoming calls, written correspondence, and routine requests with professionalism
Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data to support decision-making
Overseeing administrative procedures and ensuring smooth processes within the team
Following set procedures while exercising some independent judgement under supervision
Requirements:
At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment
Five GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English Language or equivalent
NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or suitable clerical experience
Good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office applications
Strong keyboard skills and excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow procedures
