Job Responsibility

  • Handling incoming calls, written correspondence, and routine requests with professionalism
  • Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data to support decision-making
  • Overseeing administrative procedures and ensuring smooth processes within the team
  • Following set procedures while exercising some independent judgement under supervision

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment
  • Five GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English Language or equivalent
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or suitable clerical experience
  • Good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong keyboard skills and excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow procedures
