First point of contact for all customer queries
Providing expert product advice
Proactively managing escalations
Handling returns/exchanges
Providing accurate information on order statuses and logistics
Acting as a brand ambassador
Delivering exceptional customer service across telephone, social media, web chat, and email
Ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and positive
Requirements:
A passionate desire to deliver outstanding customer service
Boldness in approach to handling diverse customer queries
Outstanding social service etiquette
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a customer-facing environment, especially within beauty, cosmetics, or retail industries
Boldness in managing objections
Flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning
Must be based in the UK whilst working
