Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Advisers to join our contact centre team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in protecting the environment by providing support and guidance to the public. As a Customer Service Adviser, your focus will be supporting customers over the phone, with some written correspondence and administrative tasks. You'll help customers understand regulations, guidance, and processes, and take reports of environmental incidents. This is not a sales role. Instead, the emphasis is on providing clear, accurate, and timely support. You will follow established procedures while using your judgement to ensure information reaches the right people across the Environment Agency.
