Customer Service – but without the sales or long hours! Contact Centre - Customer Service Advisor – Caerphilly. Full Time hours – 36.25 to 40 hours per week with excellent benefits and hybrid working after 6 months. Job Responsibility:

  • Taking calls and building rapport with business customers each day on our contact centre
  • Fixing any issues quickly and efficiently, so customers feel valued every time

Requirements:

  • Contact centre experience
  • Reliable, loyal, and hardworking
  • Comfortable with using a computer and quick at learning new systems
  • Skillset includes listening, building rapport, and asking questions to establish customer needs
  • Polite and clearly spoken, able to have great conversations (phone and e-mail)
  • Basic computer skills
  • A can-do attitude, someone who really cares about the work they do for customers
