Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a vibrant Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Swanley! If you have a passion for speaking with clients & resolving queries, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility:

Engaging with clients over the phone and via email to provide top-notch service
Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintaining a positive and cheerful demeanour at all times
Collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience
Documenting interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

A bright, positive personality that shines through every interaction
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A customer-first mindset with a knack for problem-solving
The ability to work effectively under pressure
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
