We are currently recruiting for friendly, confident Customer Service Advisors to join the Brighton team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to go permanent. 2-week office-based training, then hybrid working. Job Responsibility:
Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and chat
Give clear information on products and update customer records
Provide great service and resolve queries efficiently
Requirements:
Customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Good IT skills and the ability to use multiple systems
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
