Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for friendly, confident Customer Service Advisors to join the Brighton team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to go permanent. 2-week office-based training, then hybrid working. If you're customer-focused and ready to start on 7th April, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and chat
  • Give clear information on products and update customer records
  • Provide great service and resolve queries efficiently

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Good IT skills and the ability to use multiple systems
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
