Job Responsibility:
Be the voice of Buckinghamshire Council
Handle customer calls, Contact Us forms, and web chats
Assist customers face-to-face at offices
Answer diverse enquiries (e.g., registering a birth, waste permits, Council Tax discounts, social care support)
Switch between phone calls, emails, and live web chats
Requirements:
Compassionate communicator
Savvy problem-solver
Computer literate
Ability to input data and use multiple systems simultaneously
Skills to take accurate notes and complete forms while speaking with customers
Good multi-tasker
Ability to work at a fast pace
Ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English (for customer-facing roles)
