Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Services Advisors to join our clients innovative & fast paced team to offer exceptional support to their customers in the UK and beyond.

Job Responsibility:

Promptly and accurately handling incoming emails and telephone inquiries
Coordinating international orders, including managing export documentation
Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries
Prioritising and managing workload to consistently meet high customer service standards
Overseeing the processing of stock orders
Conducting courtesy follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction
Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and supporting quality control processes
Performing a range of administrative tasks

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and active listening communication skills
Highly proficient in computer and digital tools
Capable of working productively in high-pressure environments
Flexible and quick to adapt to changing circumstances
