Job Responsibility:
Delivering first-class customer support across multiple channels including live chat and email
Taking full ownership of customer enquiries using a ticketing system
Resolving issues efficiently while providing a positive customer experience
Representing the company professionally, upholding their reputation and instilling customer confidence in their products and services
Requirements:
Proven experience within a Customer Service role
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems
