This is a temporary summer role ending end of August 2026. Working 37.5 hours per week; Monday-Friday; varying flexible shift pattern including Saturdays. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a positive, energetic, and supportive team. You’ll interact with customers to provide technical advice and guidance on treatments across the GreenThumb network. You will be involved in all aspects of customer interactions – from post, email, live chat, and inbound and outbound calls. You will also liaise with our network of corporate branch managers and franchise branches.
Job Responsibility
Engage with customers across phone, post, live chat and email
provide advice and guidance on GreenThumb treatments
set up Direct Debits
onboard new customers
reschedule treatments
handle complaints using customer care action plan
upsell additional products
log and maintain accurate records
manage and prioritize daily workload
work collaboratively as part of a team
highlight trends or emerging issues to Team Leader
comply with GDPR policies
aim to recover customers using recovery process
continuously learn and develop knowledge of GreenThumb products
