Customer Service Advisor - Flexible Response Unit. Location: Stoke on Trent (ST1 6AU) - Fully onsite. Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (flexible start times: 8-4 or 9-5). Job Responsibility
Handling inbound calls from service users and professionals, providing clear updates on applications and court cases
Processing and maintaining case information with high accuracy
Issuing court orders and updating relevant systems
Managing correspondence, reports, and documentation
Performing general admin tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Completing data entry to required standards
Requirements
Customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre setting
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads
Calm, assertive approach in challenging or sensitive situations
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
