Job Responsibility:
Being the friendly first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and occasionally in person
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing invoices, proformas, and credit notes with confidence
Managing customer accounts, pricing updates, and usage records
Resolving billing queries and customer concerns quickly and professionally
Taking customer payments securely (cash and card)
Supporting daily banking and transaction reconciliation
Working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver outstanding service
Spotting opportunities to add value and pass leads to the sales team
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and agents
Making proactive outbound calls to offer support and resolve issues
Keeping systems and stock records accurate and up to date
Escalating complex issues and seeing them through to resolution
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or administration
Confident, clear communication skills and a positive attitude
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
Confidence handling payments and using internal systems
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
A full, clean UK manual driving licence (occasional local travel required)
Nice to have:
Experience with invoicing, billing, or order processing (a bonus)
