P+S Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, temporary basis. Role Summary: You will be working with a customer service team, acting as a first point of contact for incoming customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering the phones speaking with customers
  • Dealing with any enquiries via the phone, email or live webchat

Requirements:

  • Must have a good telephone manner and confident answering the phones
  • Customer service background within an office environment
