Job Description:

Key member of customer service department working within close-knit team, playing essential role in day-to-day operations including answering customer enquiries and resolving issues in a dynamic, customer-centric environment

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service through email correspondence
  • Handling customer calls and email enquiries
  • Resolving issues efficiently in line with SLA's
  • Taking ownership of individual enquiries using a ticketing system
  • Collaborating with team to manage high volume of email communications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative role
  • Experience with written communication
  • Confident using Word, Excel, and CRM systems
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Process-driven approach
