Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responding to all enquiries within agreed service levels making sure that a first-class service and the best advice is always delivered.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling a range of enquiries relating to our Total Landlord Insurance product
  • Actively developing and maintaining professional relationships with insurer partners, affiliates and other third parties
  • Making sure all documentation issued and actions taken fall within the agreed service standards and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • Experience within the property sector, especially the private rented sector (not essential)
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English with sound maths skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team environment and cooperate with team members
  • Drive and self-determination with the ability to implement solutions to problems
  • Ability to plan and organise, making effective use of time and resources
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and able to learn new systems and processes
  • Basic understanding of insurance or the financial services industry (useful but not essential)

Nice to have

  • Experience within the property sector, especially the private rented sector
  • Basic understanding of insurance or the financial services industry
