Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor (Out of Hours) to join our team.

Job Responsibility

  • Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and supervisors to schedule appointments
  • Ensuring future jobs are appointed to meet contractual Service Level Agreements
  • Actively scheduling available operatives and subcontractors to jobs using MSi system
  • Discussing complex repairs, demanding customers and those who have suffered service failure
  • Instilling customer confidence

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Minimum of four years' experience within social housing repairs
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility in working days each month
