Job Responsibility:
Process all insurance claims, including sickness and life insurance claims
Assist customers with factual inquiries via phone, email, or letter
Respond to customer requests for information about our products
Maintain high levels of integrity while managing sensitive information
Requirements:
Preferably have knowledge or experience in the insurance industry
Strong communication and time management skills
Proficient in computer literacy
Self-starter with a knack for meeting deadlines
High integrity and self-motivation
Creative thinker capable of problem-solving
Attention to detail and effective multi-tasking abilities
Excellent analytical and organisational skills
