Office Angels are delighted to be working with a long-standing and valued client within the financial services sector to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their Glasgow team. This opportunity will see you supporting a portfolio of clients, managing queries through to resolution, and ensuring a smooth, professional service at every stage. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships and delivering consistently high standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Acting as a key point of contact, building trusted relationships with clients
  • Managing queries from initial contact through to resolution in a timely, professional manner
  • Working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep processes running smoothly
  • Providing clear updates and confidently managing expectations
  • Delivering a consistently high standard of service across all interactions

  • Seamlessly working across multiple portals, navigating systems efficiently to manage queries with speed and accuracy

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing administrative role
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, confident approach
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Experience within financial services would be advantageous
