Job Description:

We have an exciting opening for a Customer Service Adviser to join our Operations team working out of our head office in Bath. Do you have a passion for resolving customer enquiries, either on the phone or face to face, in a personable manner? Are you used to working at a pace in an energetic and dynamic environment? Do you want to join a team that has recently been awarded the ServiceMark with Distinction accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), as well as 1st for Customer Service when customers contact us for the entire industry this year? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Take a variety of inbound calls
  • Be the first point of contact for customers
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards
  • Resolve customer queries first time, every time
  • Work with other departments and external parties to find answers
  • Handle calls about leaks, low water levels, blocked drains, and other customer enquiries

Requirements:

  • Ability to work efficiently while being computer literate
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in an office-based environment
  • Comfortable working shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
