We have an exciting opening for a Customer Service Adviser to join our Operations team working out of our head office in Bath. Job Responsibility:
Take a variety of inbound calls
Be the first point of contact for customers
Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards
Resolve customer queries first time, every time
Work with other departments and external parties to find answers
Handle calls about leaks, low water levels, blocked drains, and other customer enquiries
Requirements:
Passion for helping people
Naturally customer focused
Confident communication skills
Highly organised
Ability to work efficiently while being computer literate
Ability to work at a fast pace in an office-based environment
Comfortable working shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Comfortable with occasional standby availability (approx. 1 per month)
