Job Responsibility:
Handle calls from customers regarding their home claims
Guide customers through a stressful process
Provide empathetic and professional support
Work towards individual and team targets
Work shifts across Monday – Friday 08:00 – 20.00 and Saturday 09:00 – 17:00
