Job Responsibility:

Being the first point of contact for customers-whether by phone, email, or occasionally in person-ensuring every interaction is friendly, efficient, and supportive
Responding to incoming sales enquiries and spotting natural opportunities to recommend additional or complementary products
Getting involved in marketing activity, from helping with campaigns to contributing ideas and engaging with customers across different channels
Building trust and strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
Handling questions, issues and more complex situations with calm professionalism and a people‑first mindset
Developing a deep understanding of the product range and staying enthusiastic about learning new information as the business evolves

Requirements:

A confident, proactive approach and the ability to work independently with a positive mindset
The resilience to stay composed, focused and solution‑driven when things get busy
Clear, professional communication skills-both written and verbal
A natural ability to build rapport, connect with people and show genuine empathy
