We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join the team at the Derby site. This is a customer-facing administrative position where you will support customers and internal teams by managing enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate billing and account information. The role is well suited to someone organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating across multiple channels.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person
Process sales orders and enter data accurately into internal systems
Prepare invoices, credit notes, and payment documentation
Manage customer accounts and pricing updates
Handle billing queries and resolve issues promptly
Take and process payments securely
Maintain accurate transaction and customer records
Support internal teams with administrative and customer information
Monitor usage data and update records where required
Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
Experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication skills and a professional approach
High attention to detail and organisational ability
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Experience with invoicing, billing, or order processing is desirable
Confident using systems and handling payments
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Full clean UK driving licence may be required for occasional local travel
